Hot Air has an update on the Mumbai terrorists attacks. There is a range of opinion on the identity of the group that put this together. It was a coordinated attack in several places using small arms and plastic explosives. The guesses range from the Pakistani Intelligence agency (ISI) to homegrown Islamist groups.
A reminder, India has the second largest Muslim population in the world. (Indonesia is first)
