Video: No Stimulus Money For White Males.
Not just white males should be excluded from stimulus jobs, he also wants preference to be given to the “long term unemployed.”
What that means is that he wants the people who can’t show up on time, can’t do the work if they do and have no interest in learning, to be given preference. They’ll have to make it a three day work week because half the workers won’t be able to make it in on Monday and will leave early on Friday.
I guess that’s fair in a wacky left-wing liberal sort of way (the only way Robert Reich sees things). It’s just like the mortgage bailout. If you paid your mortgage, your bills and didn’t buy a house you couldn’t afford, you won’t get any help from the government. Now, if you got an education, showed up for work on time, learned your job and did it well, you don’t need help either.
It is only the chronically irresponsible, incompetent and unreliable people that get the jobs.
But don’t worry. The money will “trickle up” to the rest of us. Just figure out where all these people live and open a bar. I guarantee you’ll have all their money in no time.
